I’ve been using the SRM Power Meter and SRM Power Control 7 head unit for some time now. For such a long-established vendor, I’m surprised at the lack of attention to detail in some areas.

SRM is aware of the issues, but has taken no action to address them or even acknowledge the issues. I offered my help as both an end user and a software engineer (I was a software engineer for 25 years), but no takers. Still, support was good when my first Power Control 7 head unit developed a brain fart— it was quickly replaced.
