Readers sometimes email and ask me how to train to get stronger or faster. While I am not a cycling coach, I know a thing or two, I have a lot of riding experience, I pay attention to stuff, and I’m also a nerd that loves my SRM power meter for the biofeedback it provides on the bike, and the analytical benefits once done.
