Heavy Metals Tracking: Trend Down for Lead and Mercury, Arsenic Doubles
re: heavy metals
re: Retested for Xenobiotic Heavy Metals: Trend Appears to be Down
See my previous posts on heavy metals eg my high blood lead level. The Liposomal glutathione might have helped but I cannot tell becuase there is no abrupt change in the downward trend that was already in progress.
Blood lead levels are claimed to have a half life* of one month. I now consider this sciency bullshit based on my own data as shown—it is more like 2 to 2.5 months.
The GOOD news is that lead (Pb), Arsenic (As), Mercury (hg) are all down.
The test suite does not test for cadmium, considered particularly toxic, so I do not know where things stand there.
I get my heavy metals testing done at OwnYourLabs.com (via LabCorp) for about $116. Testing at Sutter** is highway robbery, as I learned the hard way.
* Half life of 1 month means that in 1 month, levels should be 1/2 oprior level.
