Texas Sues Pfizer for Allegedly Misrepresenting Its COVID-19 Vaccine's Efficacy

Real science is never settled, and anyone who has certainty on such things is not qualified to discuss it.

Allegedly? It was obviously fraud IMO, along with the destruction of the control groups as a preemptive strike, but it has to be proven in a court of law.

Texas Sues Pfizer for Allegedly Misrepresenting Its COVID-19 Vaccine's Efficacy

2023-11-28

Texas attorney general says Pfizer gave false impression of vaccine's efficacy.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Nov. 30 filed a lawsuit against Pfizer, alleging that the drugmaker misrepresented the efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine.

Pfizer misrepresented the results of a clinical trial run on its COVID-19 vaccine, according to the suit, which was filed in Lubbock County, Texas.

“We are pursuing justice for the people of Texas, many of whom were coerced by tyrannical vaccine mandates to take a defective product sold by lies,” Mr. Paxton, a Republican, said in a statement. “The facts are clear. Pfizer did not tell the truth about their COVID-19 vaccines."

..."Of 17,000 placebo recipients, only 162 acquired COVID-19 during this two-month period. Based on those numbers, vaccination status had a negligible impact on whether a trial participant contracted COVID-19," it reads. "The risk of acquiring COVID-19 was so small in the first instance during this short window that Pfizer’s vaccine only fractionally improved a person’s risk of infection. And a vaccine recipient’s absolute risk reduction—the federal Food & Drug Administration’s (FDA) preferred efficacy metric—showed that the vaccine was merely 0.85% effective."

...

WIND: efficacy is a relatively minor matter vs the horrific side effects and DNA contamination that might lead to turbo cancers and auto-immune disease and permanent genome modification.

That my own independent (not employed by a ethically-rotten medical group) doctor tells me that his Jabbed patients have seen a striking rise in auto-immune disease should be disturbing enough, even ignoring the other side effects.

Proving fraudulent representation in a court of law might be tricky, since Pfizer has decades of experience misleading regulators and the public, a master class in deception. But it also is the lowest bar, and winning the case could be costly for Pfizer, as other states pile on. Then can come suits for other things perhaps.

BTW, there are no real placebos in vaccine testing (usually)—the “placebo” is often some noxious chemical, so that the harms of the vaccine can be shown to be “safe” by comparison. A real placebo would be pure saline solution. But that is NOT what is done.
