These Endurolyte tablets are far superior to ill-advised sodium tablets— electrolytes contain a spectrum of key minerals (sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese).

NOTE: Hammer HEED contains the equivalent of about one (1) Endurolyte per serving, so if using HEED then fewer Endurolytes may be used.

Note: sodium by itself (“salt tablets”) can be a disaster by loading up the body with way too much sodium.
