Everest Challenge Training — Miles Per Day

Related: Everest Challenge, hard core, Rides, training

Mileage isn’t terribly instructive except at a coarse level, because 100 miles on the flat is rather different than 100 miles with 10,000 feet of climbing— or 100 miles on a mountain bike. Still, it can show trends.

The big dips generally correspond to mountain biking, or intensive climbing workouts.
