This is the Moots YBB as I had it built-up by mechanic Neil at Palo Alto Bicycles.

Frame triangle
The frame triangle is ultra clean and nicely open, as befits a hard-tail, yet with the YBB mechanism tucked behind the seat post.
YBB soft-tail mechanism and down tube
The YBB soft-tail mechanism is seen at far left (the mark on the slider is grease).
I used a Thomson seat collar and King titanium cages also.

Fox F32 fork on front with 15QR front axle.
Easton XC 90 carbon fiber wheels
The Easton gray rim finish is a beautiful match for the Moots titanium finish, and the red accents add just enough color for interest.
Cockpit view
The shiny plastic-looking logo-ized Bontrager carbon fiber stem spoils the elegance, but it’s going to be replaced by Moots titanium stem once the right length and rise are determined.
The lockout for the front shock is mounted at far right.
Shimano XTR levers
Neatly arrange, with plenty of handlebar space available for lights and electronics.

Neat and clean cable routing.

Nicely done in matching finish.
Saddle and seat post
I installed the same saddle as on my road bike.
