My short-term training goal for the Everest Challenge is losing as much body fat as I can while still maintaining strength to ride every day. I seem to be on the trend line, in spite of a nasty cold/cough virus last week.
Hard training does weaken the ability to fight off infections if overdone, but in my experience largely wards off infection in the first place.
Watts are temporarily gapped due to failure of my Ergomo Pro power meter. The new bike will have the SRM power meter.
