Just posted yesterday is a revised and updated 11 page review of Lupine LED lights, the finest LED lights you can buy for biking, hiking, or anything else.
When cycling, I now almost always run a Lupine light even in the daytime, because sun and shadow and inattentive drivers do not mix. Not to mention drivers in populated areas cutting me off at right-hand turns, or pulling out of driveways.
Be safe, be seen. It’s amazing what 1850 lumens (Betty II) can do for making drivers pay attention. It’s not just light, it’s lowering the risk of trying to occupy the same space at the same time as a car.
