I’ve updated my Training Weight Loss Tips page to include a graph on bedtime-to-morning variation in body weight, which can be as much as 2.5% of body weight, as shown below.
Obviously, weighing oneself at different times of day is absolutely hopeless for tracking body weight. Figures in pounds from bedtime to waking in the morning. The weight loss is due to fluid loss from urine, sweat, exhalation, etc.
