I’ve updated my progress report based on the DEXA scan data. I’ve dropped from about 24% body fat at 202 pounds to 12.6% body fat at 176 pounds, in 5 months. Click the image to read more.
Note that the WHO still considers me borderline overweight at the 2th centile for body fat, showing yet another example of the terminal stupidity of public health guidelines based on applying gross statistical generalizations to individuals.
