Early in 2020, I advised my readers to acquire N95 and N100 masks. At that time, it was not clear what was going to happen, but doing so made sense as a protective measure.
At this point, I despise masks for COVID or flu. I won’t wear one unless forced to in a situation where I will otherwise be denied service. I find them suffocating and particularly horrible when interacting with people.

Massive Peer-Reviewed Mask Study Shows 'Little To No Difference' In Preventing COVID, Flu Infection
2023-02-01. Emphasis added.
A massive international research collaboration that analyzed several dozen rigorous studies focusing on "physical interventions" against COVID-19 and influenza found that they provide little to no protection against infection or illness rates.
The study, published in the peer-reviewed Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, is the strongest science to date refuting the basis for mask mandates worldwide.

WIND: if studies have to struggle to prove that masks work... they don’t work. Follow the science, right?
In medical settings, do they work? Maybe marginally and tightly fitted N100 masks? Who the hell knows. And there were and are plenty of other infectious diseases before this masking mass hysteria descended upon us like a flock of locusts.
